Hi can anyone help. I need to dye my friends hair, she has prelightened hair to a base 10. She wants to go back to her natural colour which is a base 4. I have used Wella before so can anyone suggest what colours I can use so I can cut out pre pigmentation.

Another thing is I would leave a few blonde highlight on her partline. Every single time a client wants to go dark from been so blonde no matter what they say, its such a shock to them that they need the few light pieces for them to cope

OP is unlikely to be a qualified hairdresser going by the information provided. If she's in training, this is an ideal opportunity to learn under supervision.
