Blue hair

Hi I have a client who has blue faded hair after her previous hairdresser talked her into it. I now have the job of correcting this. She hates copper and is happy with reds. Could you either recommend a method or product to get her hair either brown again or red and brown. She is a base shade natural seven.
The colour that was used was a 8. Something with purple in it by viton s

So what level does she want to go? back to her base?
Do you have a colour chart? What colour house do you use?
Condition of the hair?? Has she a root regrowth?
