Bright red hair

Hi people, I need some advice I've had bright red hair for a while now but am getting bored I don't know whether to have darker red highlights put in or dip dye it but which sort of red, darker or brighter??.... I get it done at a salon...... What do you suggest ?? X

Switch it down to a deep rich red wine color. "Blackened cranberry" ... Would be a hot change!
