Brisa gel?

i was told i could use regular base coat and two coats of polish, then finish with brisa gel. it would not cure and was still tacky after i wiped with alcohol.

You cannot use a hard gel top coat over polish. I'm assuming you were using Brisa Gloss. The polish will not be dry enough or thoroughly for it. You should be using a regular top coat for polish or a uv cured top coat specially for polish.
