can solar oil penetrate through top coat

i got some solar oil but was wondering can it penetrate through top coat or does client need to keep removing top coat put the solar oil then put top coat back on again?

it gets in through the gap around the enhancement that is left free of product

hi kizzycat,
no your clients don't have to keep taking topcoat off to use solar oil, it will soften her cuticles and promote good nail growth. it also lubricates nail enhancements, stop them from drying out. FAB STUFF IS SOLAR OIL, I COULDN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT.
