Thk you . Unfortunately the salon is a hour way and realistically the owner passes the buck. I would like to sue them for the stress and how much damaged they have done to my hair, this will take years for my hair to grow out.

If you wish to take legal action I would suggest u go and see a solicitor for advice. If the manufacturers agree that what you say happened is incorrect practice then you are best off seeking legal advice. I really hope you get it sorted and your hair can be saved x

I don't know where you live or what your budget is, but maybe it is best to see a specialist in a straightening or smoothing company. Because it is so damadged I would be scared to use any chemicals on your hair, but the specialists within the company will know best on what to do with your hair.

I've never heard of this happen before and would be so upset if it happened to my client. But i wouldn't use a colour on the same day.

If you want to take legal advice you need to find out the manufacturers instructions of the exact product that was used and how long you can leave it before having a colour.
