Colour advice

hi there, I am about to colour a clients hair, she has light brown hair with grey roots.she wants a dark blonde ,so just a shade lighter. I am using kolston 6/0 should I use 9% or 12% , will it cover her roots about 60% grey.
Thanks guys not done a lot of colouring as I have just gone back in to doing ladies again,. cheers

You really haven't given us much information to go on." Light Brown" could be anything, as could "Dark Blonde" we need a bit more technical info
