Colour stain on skin

Hi guys I have a nightmare client she is a friend and just a pain....came into the salon yesterday and was mucking about so much moving/flaffing around & a strand of hair got stuck to her cheek ....obviously she didn't say anything or move it! How can I successfully remove a base 4 from skin?

Ive tried milk and stain remover non are totally removing it. Shes going mad! X

Hopefully by today with her natural oils it will be possible to remove with stain remover again , if not a fellow hairdresser uses toothpaste which she says works ! Bloody clients why can't they sit still and not move lol ! Good luck x
