Contract for self employed therapists

Hi guys I need your help / advice I am opening a bigger salon and renting rooms out to beauty therapists very soon. I was wondering of any of you had a copy of contracts you've used or templates of them just I have no idea what to include etc.

Any advice you can give would be brilliant I know you guys always know best
