Hi all
I have been working in a salon for 8 months now on an employed basis. Everything has been pretty decent up until recently...as I am employed my employer is to provide all my tools etc, and have not been doing this. I have not had any new gel colours ordered in for clients, need new bulbs for my UV light and have requested these upon several occasions and have never received them.
I feel like when I'm asking I'm getting no where and that my only option would be to seek employment or self employment elsewhere, but I have signed a contract to say I will not work within the same industry, or set up my own business in the same area for 6 months. Is there a way of getting round this if they have not provided me with what I need?
