Can't help with course training info in Leinster but suggest you try posting your query on either the hair forum where the hair pro's hang out and also join the Irish Geeks group and post there. Lots of pro's only read the main forums and don't look in the consumer queries section very often.

Also, I can't recommend Myhairdressers.com enough. It's brilliant for trainees and newly qualified hairdressers and totally worth the subscription.
Usually, if you take the free 7 day trial, they will email you at the end with a discount code to join. Usually between 25 - 40% reduction in the annual fee. Absolute bargain. The videos are quite detailed and explain the techniques really well. Much better than most tutor's tbh.
