Cracked dry cuticles and skin

Can someone please give some advice on what to do to grow my cuticles perfectly and repair them from their dry and racked state? I'm really desperate :cry::cry: the attached file is a picture of my left hand

Find a CND salon and purchase some Cuticle Eraser and Solar Oil. Use the oil 2-3 times a day and use it with Eraser at night. You will start to see an improvement quite quickly. Also make sure you are protecting your hand and nails, like wearing wearing gloves when cleaning, gardening etc
