I'm sorry you feel that way but AcidPerm did spot that you weren't qualified, it's not a personal thing we really shouldn't give info out to non pros, you can't really read if someone's being rude on a screen either. She did point out facts that are true so don't be offended, I hope you gained enough information to help you with this client & always keep in mind your tutors are there to assist you during the duration of your training with things like this, if your not in college at the mo due to the holidays I'll be totally honest well done for giving it a go but think about what will happen if something goes wrong and you have no insurance, highlift & bleach is s lot of chemicals to put on someone's hair in one sitting X
