Designing a manicure/pedicure training manual

hello,

I am in the process of opening my own training school within my salon. I have to design and have accreddited my own course work material, has anyone done this before?

Am getting on ok with it but would love to find like minded people to offer their hints and tips and advice as it is quite a daunting experience!
