Eyelash tinting!

Hello. I need some advise please.
I have a client that has been having ELT for about 10yrs with my self. The last two times she has had itchy watery eyes later that day & the next day? This is very strange. I have not changed the brand, but I am going to re do a patch test. I’m hoping the company hasn’t change an ingredient. But saying that, the batch I’m using isn’t a brand new tube or bottle?

When you say you are going to redo a patch test does this mean you aren’t patch testing every time? I’ve had it drummed into my brain you must do this for every tint !!
