I'm normally very switched on with fb advertising but does anyone know how to do the following?

Add a tab that takes you straight to website?

And how to post a check in offer?

Copy the direct link to your website then paste it in a status.
Check in reward can either be posted as a status "check in at blah blah beauty to receive **% off your treatment"
Or you can make up an image with text and post as a picture x

I have a poster up in my treatment room that says 'check in on Facebook for an extra stamp on your loyalty card' not losing much each time clients come then! x
