hi all.has anyone any tips on how to find a nail salon premises to let?have tried council(don't seem too keen on ANOTHER nail salon),tried local commercial estate agents, and just tried to log in at daltons weekly website but doesn't appear to be having any of it!was looking at leasing salon i'm working in but think the owner, reading between the lines, isn't really keen on letting it go.libertys really as i'm only working there to get feel for the place while lease was going through.any way...will stop now as don't want to have a bitch about someone who otherwise is a lovely girl!

Why not have a drive around the areas you are thinking of, look for boards on shops to lease and give the agent a ring.

why not log onto www.estateangels.co.uk and pop in your location (you do not need to register with them), and up will come all the estate agents for your area and any other area you put in anywhere in the uk and it has links to all their websites too.

You may find many agents have commercial deptartments that you can view online.

It is really handy if you want to view properties in other areas and are unsure of the agents in that area.
Hope it goes well.

You could try looking through the local papers, not only for premises, but agents too.
