Suffering with pain on top of feet so painful , am putting it down to wearing flip flops and no support , has anyone else experienced this and any advice for suitable shoes ? So love my flip flops though !! X

Probably a good idea to visit your GP for a formal diagnosis.

However, both myself and other site members were suffering from a condition called Plantar Fasciitis last year, mainly due to constantly wearing flat shoes. A switch to low heels or wedges ever since has been my saviour.
