Funding small business

Hi geeks I'm based in Scotland. I am self employed and rent 2 rooms within a therapy centre. I have just taken on my first part time member if staff and I wondered if anyone knew if any funding that's out there to put her on some extra courses. I would like her to get more training on her acrylic nails as it seems the college she went to has not been very good and the standard isn't up to scratch. I feel I want to give her a chance though as she is a nice girl. Thanks xx
