Have you looked at Magpie glitter.
Amelia is very similar.

Glad I could help, it's one of my favourites. And Margarita's Nails used predominantly Light Elegance before she became a Vetro educator, so I'm very confident that's what it is. Here's a photo of my pot, the pics on Google don't seem very
