I'm not working at the moment (recovering from health issues) and I want to practice nail art while I'm trying to get back into things, but not working means not earning! Does anyone know of any low cost gel polishes and maybe gel paints that don't test on animals? I'll be working on tips not clients and most of them will end up in the bin after practicing! Thanks
