Going blonde-help please

Hi everyone,

I'm a skin proffesional looking for some hair advice. I am taking the plunge and going blonde tomorrow, I am booked in for a full head highlights, but im a bit woried this wont give me the blonde im looking for. Would you advise asking for a full head colour instead?My hair is pretty short, mid brown and some lighter bits which have bee dyed, ive been growing it for about a year un dyed. Ill attach a pic of he look im trying to achieve.
