has anyone seen fearne cotton on the front of 'cosmo' this month???
Her hair colour is lovely ~ warm but not orange!!
I need to choose a colour for someone who is naturally the base of a 7 and has half head of bleach highlghts and wants an all over tint like fearnes and i just can't decide!! i usually use wella koleston but am open to suggestions!
