Ok, if you have hangnails then you'd need to remove them with your cuticle nippers. Remove them in the direction of the hangnail, not the opposite way. But cuticle oil twice a day should help with dehydration of the cuticle, nail and surrounding skin. Try using a moisturising hand wash instead of soap, soap can be harsh. I wash my hands with a Dove bar as soap is too drying for me but that's just me. Use what works for you. Don't forget your hand cream after you wash your hands. Regular manicures will help keep hangnails under control. HTH
