So today I did my first Indian head massage for the first time in over a year. My client said she had a lot of stiffness and pain In the upper back/shoulders/neck.
When we were training in Indian head there was a lot to learn about positive and negative energy sharing and chakras.
So when I began the massage I felt absolutely fine, by the end I had a stabbing pain over my left eye. I then proceeded to be physically sick 4 times! I thought I would never get though the evening at work, I was shaking and really hot. Then just over an hour later I felt completely fine again.
Just wondering does anyone else believe in this energy sharing or had any similar experiences?
