Help, Gelish Arctic Freeze white stained!

My customer can't seem to keep her white nails white. I have explored every area I think it could curry, sunbed,tan, hair dye, new dark clothing,

I don't know what to suggest next. She loves having white what on earth could it be? I have put two layers of gelish topcoat on and it still stained!!

Could make up Foundation really do this ??penetrate two layers of topcoat?

Or have I just got a dodgy white?

Have you tried to see what her routine is?

I had a client who's white nails turned yellow... enough so that he white Shellac with silver fade turned to yellowy Shellac with a gold fade... turns out it was her moisturizer!!!

Whenever she since had white she steered clear of that particular product.
