Help! I'm glueing my clients eyes closed

I have been lashing for about two weeks ... I seem to keep glueing lashes to the tape under the eye when trying to get the lower layer of lashes .... I cannot seem to or am more afraid to pull the top lid back enough to ensure my lashes are not touching the bottom tape... any tips or tricks so I don't keep glueing eyes closed ...

None really. Just make sure you pull the lid back properly.
you may glue 1-2 lashes but that shouldn't be much

I check throughout treatment by gently lifting the lid only a tiny bit to make sure they aren’t sticking, also try using less amount of glue
