Help! My CACI machine has stopped working!

I did a treatment this morning no probs, yet this afternoon it won't switch on - the light is on at the back but the screen is black and there is no motor noise!! I changed the fuse, but nothing.. Any ideas??

Hi can I ask roughly how much it was costing, I’ve had the same problem and I’m paying £400 just to send it and to be looked at but they say could be a few problems but won’t give me a price
