Hope someone can help .
I need some advice on how to colour my hair !
This is The colour I'm wanting
It's a pearl blonde ombré variation
This is my hair now ..
My hair dresser is using wella koleston
We tried it a few days ago and I believe the bleach on my roots was not left on
Long enough and they were more brassy . She then put a toner in the top and it all ended up either white , yellow and some purple bits !
Had seen a post saying use 10/16 and 9/16 with pastel developer which we have ..
Will I need to bleach the roots or put something on it to make it all the same colour before using the colours ?
My appt is at 2/30 so any advice will be appreciated !
Also using olaplex !
What would you all suggest to get my hair to that on the video !?
