Hi, Im about to sit my manicure exam tomorrow, however we haven't been told about all the different types of base coat and apparently its in the exam. I have been researching on the internet and using my fact file but was wondering if you could help me with basecoats for dry nails, etc.

sarah, have you tried looking on the JESSICA website? i had a manual on all jessica products but cant find it, sorry. but that is all i can think about. for dry mails you kneed a nourishing base coat and jessica products are packed with vitamins.

hi Lottie, I just want to thank you for your advice. I went to the jessica web site and it gave me her different basecoats for different nail problems which is a great help.

best base coats and polishes for dry nails are formaldehide and toluene free products.
