how do i insert a pic into my post ?

into my post rather than you go to my gallery i can only fit 2 pics in there

then says its full

where do i get that from my pic is on my desktop folder ??

ive just tried to add another pic in my gallery i only have one pic in there
and it says not enough space i have tried to reduce the size of the pic nothing

i notice you all seem to have more than one pic in ur gallery

is it me being dizzy ?

dont worry hayley i hav tried and tried but not enough room. i did see something somewhere??? on the site about saving your picture as something to reduce the size, im making myself confused typing this, lol. i know if yr premium you have more space but have seen cameo vals gallery which has a few and dont think she is premium???the only thing i hav managed to put on was some awful nails from a couple of years ago by accident which i quickly deleted!

to put some more stuff in the gallery i opened my pics in powerpoint and made them abit smaller....

A URL image, you have to have it on the internet first. You then right click, click on properties and there should be a URL address - then copy and paste it into the box that asks for the URL.

You cant have it on your desktop, it has to be on the internet if this makes sense.

yeh i understand that you can get the url if its on the net

but if its just in my photo folder you cant add it then ?

i dont have a website anymore after closing the salon

i decided to stop paying for the domian name and web space

i regret it now

i must build another one when i get time

but like i said i have added 1 pic into my gallery and it wont let me add anymore i have reduced the size of the pic but its having none of it

i cudnt even do my little pic of me ruth had to reduce that for me

perhaps im just thick

I know nothing about these things but shouldn't the photo be saved in jpeg format which reduces the size?

Try going to Forums - Site Assistance - How to do stuff on the site. Just found this recently and there are loads of tutorials on there very interesting.
Not sure if this will but hth.
