nearly three hours

gel backfill/rebalance?

I always allow 2 hours for enhancements. Am trying to get to grips with sculpting gel pink and white.... this is taking 3 hrs... but it's a completely different technique than I've done before.. different than l&p sculpting. Need MORE one to ones!!!
Don't use electric file.
One of my trainers put a set on me and it took her 3 hrs and she didn't bat an eye lid.
another trainer I spoke to about timing said she NEVER does a set in less than 2 hrs.
Manicures I still book out at over an hour, I just like to make sure I can make a difference even with the most challenging nails!!
People get a lot for thier money with me I think!! xx

Sorry to be a cynic, but i'd like to see the end result, I been doing nails for over 20 years and an hour is a hard push for most to do a "QUALITY" set in under an hour, but i will gladly put a sequin border around my superman cape and hand it over if and when proven otherwise.

Takes me 2 hours to do a full set (using tips) and 90 minutes for a rebalance, however, that 90 minutes is subject to change depending on the state of the nails they come back with lol

i have looked at geeks times and they are about the same time as mine. I thought i was to slow and needed to speed up because sometimes i get calls can you do nails in an hour? NO. When i look at everyone elses times i am about average so i am pleased with that.

I was going to have ago at sculpturing because i thought this might save me time but i have noticed some of yours times can increase by 30 mins.

can be done in less sometimes but we book the 1h 30 time slot

I book an hour for all full sets, some clients could take an extra ten mins. or so, backfills take about an hour as well depending on the state of the nails. Mani's take 1/2 hour. A delux mani I book 45 mins. That includes a longer massage and a paraffin dip.

to do plain gels with tips it usually takes me around the 1 hr and 15 mins
french gel with tips 1 hr and 30 mins
plain acrylic/tips 1 hr and 30 mins
french acrylic with tips 1 hr and 45-2 hrs

if its just a nno i can usually take around 10-15 mins off i suppose.. i remember not too long ago when it took me around the 3-4 hour mark to do a full set and they would fall off now they are staying on and my timing is down. very pleased. i have seen people do full sets in an hour and they are fantastic and stay on and refills in 40 mins and they stay on too so its not impossible but im not aiming for that. im very happy with how long it takes me

Plain L&P enhancements, hand filed - Just over 1 hour
Pink & White L&P enhancements, hand filed - 1 and a half hours depending on the state of their natural nails, it's booked as a 2 hour appt on the computer though.
Plain L&P Rebalance, hand filed - 1 hour
Pink and White L&P Rebalance, hand filed - Just over 1 hour depending on state of nails, I allow an extra half an hour for repairs.
Manicure - 20 mins for mini, 35 mins for normal, 50 mins for deluxe
