I haven't seen you in ages!

Does anyone else get extremely peeved when someone you haven't seen in ages because it's always you that contacts them, says "I haven't seen you in ages". I am sick to death of always being the one that bothers with other people, travelling to see them, texting them yet when you leave it to see if they contact you, you don't hear from them then you get moaned about to other people because 'you haven't been in touch' [emoji35]

Yes , I used to get very chipped off when a certain friend used to say " hello stranger " then proceed to continue with their chat. So I also however realized some people are not very good with communicating , like my sister.
That doesn't mean they don't care about you, but it should work both ways meaning if you are feeling used and down trodden you should step away.

My mum says this every week!! [emoji23]
She's just annoyed I'm busy working so she doesn't see my kids as much. However she can come here anytime and it would help as I work from home and I'm a single parent with 3 kids.
I must admit I'm probably a bad friend as I hate unexpected visitors, don't socialise much however the friends I have know this however I never moan that I don't hear from them.
If they're upsetting you then might be best to tell them...
