I am trying to expand my business, however my salon area is making things difficult. I am trying to figure out a way to offer incentives to retain clients, get clients, reach retail numbers etc. What I had in mind is some way making a program structure that when they reach each milestone (IE: retaining a specific number of clients) that they would get something like a higher commission or reward of something. I want to instil the idea up to the level where they'd get their own associate, make more money, and have more responsibilities. Any suggestions? Also, I was thinking of maybe setting up something so that when the stylist brings in another stylist they get a commision off that person (and also educates them). Help!
