Insurance need some info

Hi guys just a really quick question if anyone can help me?

If I am employed as a therapist within a salon, does the salon owner insure me, or do I have to insure myself?

If you're employed, the salon owner is responsible for insuring your work and must also purchase employers liability insurance as well.

If you are self employed, you purchase your own insurance.
