Ion Color Brilliance turned my hair gray/silver!

Last night I bleached my hair with Beyond the Zone Radical Bleaching Kit. I alway use this bleach. However, my toner (also the same brand I use every time), Ion Color Brilliance Hightlift Ash Blonde turned it Gray and Purple. I used a soapcap, 1 part 20 volume Developer and 1 part shampoo. This seemed to get the gray out, but now my hair is silver/white. Will the silver in my hair fade to the bleach blonde the bleaching kit left me with originally or will I have white-silver hait instead of blonde? Will it fade? If so how long?
