Hi, I’m in NZ but from UK, when I left it was really complicated to be able to have Ipl machine in salon due to regulation. I’ve been doing Ipl in NZ and thinking of returning to Uk. Just wondered if anyone can tell me if rules and regulations have changed at all to make it any easier doing Ipl in salon. Not sure wether to bring my French Ipl machine back with me.
