So yesterday I had 2 models to practice classic lash extensions on (my first ever).
The first lady had incredibly blinky eyes to the point where one eyes lashes were being dragged under the pad. I kept having to re-apply the tape over and over. It took 3 hours and 15 minutes but I managed it in the end. They didn't look amazing but not so bad I had to remove them.
The second ladies went much better! Only her left eye got stuck down at the corner by 1 lash that had joined a bottom lash.
How to I prevent blinking?
... and glueing the eye shut?
Did I use too much glue? They seemed fine when I brushed them over the pad.
As for blinking, is it possible that you would have to inform a client that they may not be suitable for lash extensions? I felt at several points that I would have to stop and remove them because it was so difficult!
Thank you.
