Lash extensions on client with cataract?

A new client has asked for Lash Extensions. She has a cataract, not being removed any time soon. Cataract is a contradiction on my consultation form so I'm not sure what to do. Would you still Lash? And if not what reasons would you give to why you wouldn't?
