oh thought america has it? oops, a laybuy is something you put on hold for a certain period of time, once its all paid off you can collect your goods

Ohh right, i took it to mean she pays in instalments after its done.
But if they are actually paying for it all before you do it then I don't see why not, and just have some kind of written agreement?

yup exactly!! Although if you think about the laybuy you only get the goods AFTER you have paid for the goods, only time you would get the goods an d pay them off is a hire purchase, which obviously we cannot do
