I am using colour 4.35 which is a golden mahogany brown in the loreal majirel range, it seems not to cover some stubborn greys/white hairs.
What colour base should I use? or what is the best way to cover these greys. Thanks.

Hi, I would use a warm base to mix it with Eg 4.3 . Or you could try supreme colours you don't need a base mix with that! ( I haven't used that yet, but using it soon on a lady). They are a little more expensive!

I would use 4.3 with it and if it's on a client with really stubborn/a lot of white or grey I would use 3% with it.

over 50% greys i would use supreme. If under either a 4 or 4.3 be better choice- id use 4.3 base 50:50 ratio with 4.35. hths xoxo
