Please help ! I have really fine hair and had micro ring extensions put in about 5 weeks ago. Already about 15 of the extensions have fallen out !!! I can't even get hold of the girl who did them for me now- despite leaving several messages on her phone. Firstly is there anything I can do about getting my money back ? Apparently she is fully insured and qualified.
Secondly, after researching more on the internet , I have decided I would really like to have the "lusciouslox"- nano ring technology method done next- (looks amazing and so tiny you can't even see or feel them !!!) but can't find anyone in London who does them. I would prefer someone who does them freelance as I don't want to pay salon prices. Please can you let me know if you know anyone ? Cheers x
