Manicure and Diabetes

Hi, First of all can I say that this a brill site.
I have just finished OCN manicure and nail art and am hooked so I am about to start a VCTC manicure coarse next week.

My mother in law has type 2 Diabetes and has asked me to practice a manicure on her. Am I able to do this? Any advice would be so grateful.
