Hi all, I have a client for colour on Monday she has picked 4Rv on the colorsync shade chart, she recently was a model at a hair show(not done by me & was a lakme gloss colour) & her hair was pre lightened & coloured a level 4 violet shade but now it has totally washed out & she is now around a 6cg/7c her natural regrowth is a level 7 & her roots are out about 2inches so I was thinking should I use the 6rv to make sure it doesn't go too dark and also would this cover OK or should I use a different formula to subdue the copper tone?? Thanks in advance

Should cover well - I used 5RV on a pretty coppery 6/7 and it was lovely BUT it did go darker than planned and I wished is opted for a 6 so maybe go to a 5RV :)

Think of color wheel and undertones of levels, 😉 makes things really easy because it tells you what tone for what level.
