Need help for a client tomorrow!

Hi my client has sent me this picture of how she wants her hair I was just wondering what technique people would use and what wella toner please?
I was going to backcomb and balayage but she wants it to look highlighted through the top.

I would put some baby lights through the top and balayage in between and I can't help with the toner as I don't use wella sorry!

Agree baby lights first then balayage. It looks a lot of different tones lighter round the face and darker probably at the back and underneath. The front I'd tone with 8 and abit of 9/60 and the back 7/7 and 8 but all all depends on how the hair lifts xx
