In my training we were told to wipe off with water each step. However I’ve seen many people not using water even after a tint. Just very confused and wondering if the reason the curl does not set is because I’ve been using water to remove product.
Need help, my lash lift will not curl!

Water should not be able to change a curl or lift if the steps 1 and 2 have been left on for the right time as the actual structure of the hair has been changed. Could it be that you are not leaving the 2nd step on long enough? Alternatively if you maybe use too much adhesive it could also prevent the lift from developing. Is it just one client or more you are having problems with?
