New business and building a team

Hey! So this is the first time I am using a forum so I don't really know what to do but I reckon it cant be that hard!

So firstly, I am self employed work as a specialist beauty therapist.
I offer lashes volume and classic, waxing, make up and eyebrows
I train all the treatments I offer.

I have been working alone and building my business alone for 2 years now and I am very bored I would like to build a team of amazing people that I can expand my business with but i just do not know how to go about it as I don't have enough to pay them but a salary but there is enough money to be made in the industry if I just had the help.
I have tried to put up adverts on indeed and gumtree etc trying to find people interested in my busines working with me or for me and for some reason or another the people that come from it has not been the best for my buisness.

I kind of what buisness partner someone to express the crazy ideas with and make them reality

WHAT DO I DO?
Seeking advice from who ever is willing to give it. Thanks x

The best thing to do is bite the bullet and employ someone with potential. Anyone self employed will be difficult as there is always a conflict of interest unless you get someone with totally different skills from you.

Not to be offensive in any way but indeed is for people looking for vacancies. If you offer them no salary...
Gumtree is different story but I wouldn't look for anything serious on there. Maybe used furniture.
Maybe you should try look around some facebook groups?

Good luck with that one...
No salary......!!!
It's nigh on impossible to attract good staff even when you offer above the norm.
Seems most are preferring to work for them selves nowadays.

You can promote your business on facebook and google plus this is very helpful to increase your business.
