Newly qualified level 2 needs help!

I am colouring a friends hair with Wella Colour Touch and don't know what strength developer to use 1.9 or 4? (she has asian hair) I'm thinking 4 would be better, just a bit scared of the outcome. Please help.x

Isn't colour touch a quasi? If its just to add tone go for the 1.9 if she wants it lighter it's going to have to be tint. Xoxo

Yes quasi, 1.9% but for a more vibrant colour and cover some grey use 4%.
