Orange spots

I had my hair done by my hairdresser and it resulted in some orange spots where my shadow root was. I had previously brown hair level 6 on my hair and wanted a blonde. I tried purple shampoo and even a lightener on the orange but it just faded a bit. I want to achieve a platinum blonde. Right now I just cannot go to a hairdresser and I'd rather do it at home. What do you recommend me to do? In my country there are no toners and I just want an even platinum
