Sounds silly but my heater is in storage 50 miles away and I can't get to pick it up.

I wondered if anyone used pot paraffin wax in a wax heater to apply to clients?

I'm worried about doing it this way as when I used to use a brush at college it went awful.

I prefer the old dip in and out method, but my machine is in storage.

My other option is to buy a new one, does anyone know where you can get good ones from at a good budget?

Many thanks!

Anyone? advice would be appreciated!

Hi

when iam in a rush or a last min client i use pot paraffin in my wax heater but i do use a small brush to apply, i tend to heat the pot paraffin to temp and dispense it in to a small bowl and take the bowl and brush to the client althought you have to be quick!!

Its a bit mess but still has the same affects.

hope that helps:)

this is the one i use and it smells fab

Oh thanks hun, so do you poor it into the bowl and then brush onto the client? Could I use a spatula do you think? I should know this by now but am so used to my old machine!

Shouldn't be a problem at all. Make sure that your bowl is lined with foil before decanting the paraffin into it though because it's a nightmare to clean otherwise!

I've always applied it with a brush too when using this method.
